He was in a delusional/hallucinatory state almost the entire time, with Daniel there to help him through it. The symbiote had been working so hard to keep them both alive that it was dying itself when they were found, and hadn't the strength to heal even one of them. Instead, Teal'c was given a new, experimental form of tretonin that the Tok'ra had been working on (as was Bra'tac). It worked, but Teal'c became as dependent on the drug as he had been on the symbiote. (The Changeling)

He and his first officer were out looking for supplies when the prisoners overpowered the rest of their guards and killed them in cold blood. The prisoners spent the next three years hunting the captain and his first mate down. Warrick was married to a human Hebridan, Athea.

          • Aden Corso: ("Aden" after his uncle Aden who died swimming drunk across a river on a dare; "Corso" means "smells like a dead bird" in ancient Hebridian.) "Captain" of a group of escaped prisoners. Their ship (the Sebrus) had been forced to land after being caught in an asteroid storm while transporting three prisoners to a prison colony, and the captain, Warrick, had been forced to free the prisoners from stasis to keep them from dying. They had overpowered six of their eight guards and killed them (the other two were off looking for food), taking control of the ship and its defenses. They were busy still trying to find and kill their remaining two guards when SG-1 found them three years later. The three prisoners concocted a tale of being attacked by "aliens", hoping to enlist SG-1's help in killing Warrick and his first officer. He managed to sound credibly like the ship's captain at first, conning SG-1 into helping him and his people. He claimed that the "aliens" (his original captors) had killed five of his crew since the crash, skinning them and hanging the bodies in the trees. He spent a lot of time alone with Sam while she worked on repairing the Sebrus's engines, flirting with her for most of it. He almost lost control of his con when it became clear that Sam had indeed repaired the ship's power supply; he began accusing her of helping them for no other reason than to gain access to the Hebridans' technology. He kept trying, though; a while later, when Sam had discovered that the Sebrus had been a prison transport, Corso spun a tale of how he'd allowed the prisoners to escape during the storm, when life support when out in the cells. He claimed that the "aliens" who had been attacking them on the planet were prisoners of war.
          • Lyle Pender: "Navigator" among a group of escaped prisoners. Their ship (the Sebrus) had been forced to land after being caught in an asteroid storm while transporting three prisoners to a prison colony, and the captain, Warrick, had been forced to free the prisoners from stasis to keep them from dying. They had overpowered six of their eight guards and killed them (the other two were off looking for food), taking control of the ship and its defenses. Thor's consciousness had been trapped on the ship, but SG-1 safely removes it and returns him to his people to be transferred into a new clone body. (Descent) The Russians concoct a cover story with the Americans to explain the explosion to the rest of the world: one of their missile subs, the Rostov, was only 75 kilometers away from a "meteor" that struck the ocean, and was so badly damaged by the shockwave that it sank to the bottom. Before the deep-submergible rescue vehicle sent from Pearl Harbor ("in the spirit of international cooperation") could reach it, its reactor went critical, and it exploded. (Disclosure)

Presumably added sometime soon after Redemption (when Jack suggests giving them their own team rather than adding a Russian to SG-1, and picks Jonas to fill the open slot). The team wears Russian uniforms, but SGC patches (the standard SGC patch on the left arm, and a unit patch on the right arm, designation unreadable). All-male team, led by Lt. Colonel Sergei Ivanov. The team was kept largely separate from other SG teams, working alone. After a mission to P??-367 [I'll fill this in if I get the rest of it], they brought a refugee, Alabran, back to the SGC because he had vital information about Nirrti. When Hammond assigned SG-1 to capture or kill Nirrti, Ivanov convinced him to allow the Russian team to be backup (Hammond was under orders to integrate the team more thoroughly). Quietly snarky (nothing terribly overt, but he had a mind and spoke it when need be), and seemed very determined to make a go of his team's presence at the SGC. He brought the situation with Nirrti to Jack's and Hammond's attention, even though bringing Alabran back as proof was against regs; kept himself in the loop as Hammond decided what to do; wasn't afraid to ask questions if he didn't understand something, or to offer solutions to problems (e.g., he immediately suggested that his team take Alabran back through the stargate after hearing the boy could be booby-trapped); politely -- and rightly -- pointed out that his team could be useful, and how; and took orders from SGC superiors, including Jack, without complaint. Basically, a smart, capable officer, and an asset to the SGC. He was captured and brought before Nirrti, who put him in an alien device and tortured him, messing with his active genetic code. Shortly thereafter, his cellular structure collapsed, and he liquefied. (Metamorphosis)

He was injured in the hand by the indigenous lifeforms (energy-based beings who looked like fireflys/will o' the wisps/Tinkerbell).         • (In a move I don't understand and therefore can't properly interpret,) Kinsey joined the disclosure meeting with the Chinese, French, and UK ambassadors to the US and proceeded to undercut SG-1, Hammond, Major Davis, and Colonel Chekhov at every turn, trying to use those foreign ambassadors to finagle a completely useless domestic powergrab on Kinsey's part. He had switched from Senate Appropriations to Intelligence Oversight. The switch, and the attempt to commandeer the meeting to his own agenda, was all in aid of getting the stargate program switched to the NID (by international fiat, basically; Kinsey kept insisting the SGC was incompetent to handle the job, and once the ambassadors were aware of the full scope and were balking at the US military retaining full control, he started asking them to demand that the NID be given control of it, because it's a civilian organization and therefore more trustworthy than any military organization, even with those convicted traitors that the SGC had to excise from its ranks on a fairly regular basis.). He wanted a direct trade: planet for pardon. He also wanted to go along on the mission, explaining that he had the only key to an impenetrable doorway protecting the cache. (Paradise Lost)

          • Once on the planet, he got halfway through the process (inserted they key, did the combination) then pretended frustration with it, saying it hadn't worked. Sam stepped up to help, and Mayboure stole her zat and shot both her (at extremely close range) and Jack, then removed the key and leapt through the portal that had promptly opened.       • Found a new planet to play on -- P3X-367. The local population was suffering from a plague when she arrived. She took advantage of the situation, taking some of the survivors to her fortress to "heal" them. The treatments were actually sessions with an alien device she had found on the planet (possibly Ancient in origin), which she used to alter the locals' genetic makeup, in her ongoing quest to create a hok'tar she could use as a host. The "treatments" took place in her local fortress, where all of the "ill" locals had been moved. Unbeknownst to them, the rest of their village had been killed. The mental mutations included various forms of psychic abilities, from telekinesis to telepathy; the physical mutations manifested as extreme deformity. To get rid of dissenters, or those she was done with, Nirrti set a time-delay mutation into their genes that caused them to eventually liquefy. Capturing SG-1 turned out to be her downfall; the locals eventually listened to Jack and the others, and Eggar, the telepath, looked into Nirrti's mind to see what she'd done and what she planned. He told Wodan, Nirrti's local right hand, who snapped and killed her telekinetically, breaking her neck after nearly strangling her. (Metamorphosis)

Nirrti found them and took some of the survivors to a fortress where she began putting them in a machine (possibly of Ancient origin) that altered their genetic makeup in realtime. Ivanov brought him back to the SGC. Alabram barely had time to tell his story before the genetic "time-bomb" Nirrti had planted in him was triggered, and he liquefied (literally).
        • Eggar: One of the mutated locals who believed that Nirrti was helping them. His physical mutation involved some scarring on his face that made one eye unusable, and deformed hands; mentally, he had become a strong telepath. He realized that SG-1 were there to stop Nirrti (and more specifically, that Jack wanted to kill her outright), and made sure Wodan knew. Later, he took a chance on Jack's telling the truth, and looked into Nirrti's mind. The truth of what he saw there -- that she had murdered Alabran, murdered hundreds more of their people, and planned to murder the rest as soon as she was done with them -- was enough to spark a mini-uprising; befor Wodan killed her, Eggar stripped the knowledge of how to use the alien machine from her mind, so he could reverse all the damage she'd done.
        • Wodan: Brother to Alabran. Nirrti's right hand among the locals, extremely devoted to her. His "mutation" involved an enlarged head and deformed hands, along with strong telekinesis. On hearing that SG-1 was a danger to Nirrti (from Eggar, as well as his own observations), he captured them all to await her pleasure, using telekinetic force to disarm them and trap them in cages. When Eggar, on Jack's urging, looked into Nirrti's mind and discovered the truth, Wodan killed her two Jaffa guards and then Nirtti telekinetically in his betrayed rage.

Unbeknownst to anyone, he was working for Agent Barrett of the NID (who apparently blackmailed him into it, much as Jack blackmailed him into re-instating Hammond). He parlayed the assassination attempt into political fodder, using it to feed his campaign. He also went into a press conference with Jack, clearing him of any wrongdoing -- and parlaying that into political gain, as well. (Smoke and Mirrors)

Inside the room, there are lasers protecting a bank of drawers built into the wall; to turn off the lasers, there's a hand scanner on a pedestal, allowing only authorized personnel in. He was one of the eight scientists assigned to study and recreated the Foothold mimic devices. The project produced some devices, but they only worked for 3-4 minutes at a time, so most of the scientists were reassigned. Dr. Healey, Dr. Langham, and Dr. Singh were the only three still assigned to the mimic devices, but after another six months of failed efforts, the project was scrapped. All three were transferred to the X-303 project, but Langham was supposedly in a car accident three days before the transfer went into effect. The body in the car was burned beyond recognition, identified through dental records. In reality, Langham stole the devices, replacing them with fakes, then faked his own death. According to what he told the SGC, he brought the real devices to Washington, for "the Committee", a group of powerful businessmen who've hired the rogue NID to help them get alien technology to incorporate into their product lines, investing hundreds of millions of dollars in hopes of a return in the billions. At least ten new patents had been filed using alien technology, including industrial chemicals, metallurgy, computers, and more. In return for this information and some names, Langham demanded protection, and was accordingly sent off-world where the NID couldn't get to him. (Smoke and Mirrors)

Kinsey was working for him (after Barrett blackmailed him into it); he was supposed to give Barrett enough information on the leadership to bring the shadow government down.       • According to Dr. Brent Langham (an Area 51 scientist who stole alien technology), the rogue NID works for a group called "the Committee", based in Washington (apparently) and made up of powerful businessmen who are buying alien technology (i.e., paying people -- the rogue NID -- to steal it for them) to incorporate them into their product lines. They've spent hundreds of millions, and expect billions in return. Within the six-month period before some or all of the Committee were caught, there were at least ten new patents involving alien technology from Area 51, including industrial chemicals, metallurgy, computers, and more.         • The Committee ordered Kinsey's assassination (and Jack's framing, through the use of a mimic device that provided solid video evidence of his presence at the scene), and later the completion of it, framing Major Davis (again through use of a mimic device). After they were assured that Kinsey was finally dead, they moved on to planning Hammond's removal from the SGC, so that they could replace him with a patsy -- first by pressuring him to resign by threatening his family again (now that Kinsey could no longer be blackmailed into protecting him), and if he didn't go along, by killing him.       • Set up surveillance in a town in Oregon where a company called Immunotech was continuing Adrian Conrad's research into Goa'uld symbiotes, using clones of the symbiote implanted in Conrad. The NID planned to monitor the situation until the townsfolk had finished building a spaceship for their implanted symbiotes, then grab the ship for themselves. Much of the town had been implanted and were working nightly on the ship when Sam, Teal'c, and Jonas arrived to look into the suspicious death of one of Immunotech's scientists, who'd called them for help before his car crashed. This upset the NID's plans, but it turned out to be just as well, since the NID agents on site (Cross and Singer) were compromised and implanted with Goa'uld clones. Before they could infiltrate the NID with more symbiotes, Sam (also implanted, but protected by an antidote developed by the dead scientist) saved the day. (Nightwalkers)
      • A small group of rogue NID agents, working under Simmons' command, infiltrated and stole the X-303, taking Sam and Teal'c with them as they left the planet. Jack and Teal'c snuck on board in a death glider and managed to regain control, capturing or killing all NID agents aboard.       • Apparently working under orders from a civilian group, the rogue NID sent an agent, disguised as Jack by a mimic device, to assassinate Senator Kinsey, hoping to rid themselves of Jack and eventually Hammond by doing so (Hammond was safe because Jack had blackmailed Kinsey into keeping him safe -- Chain Reaction). Touching the device causes a shift in a person's electrical field, allowing them to see into a parallel dimension. The charge can be passed from person to person by touch. Activated, the device attracts beings (in this case, bugs and such) from the parallel dimension to itself, presumably to make them easier to study.         • The Replicators figured out what the device was, and also figured out who and what Reese was. They decided that the next step in their evolution was to become more like their creator -- aspects of her technology were superior to their own -- and developed a cellular creature (rather than one made of relatively large blocks -- basically, they evolved into nanites) that took the form of a human. Presumably, having cell-level control over their forms allows the new Replicators to control such things as their density, allowing them to penetrate practically anything that's permeable in any way.           • The flaw in Reese's emulation program was discovered during First's creation; they attempted to repair the flaw during Fifth's creation, but the Replicators disapproved of the result, considering Fifth to be far too weak.           • The first of these celled creatures slid through a microscopic crack in the time dilation device's neutronium shell, and stopped it before it could activate. Later, the Replicators turned it on -- in reverse, speeding local time up by a factor of 10 squared (meaning that during one normal hour, four days pass in local time; during one 24-hour day outside the bubble, 96 days pass in local time inside it).         • Once they'd reversed the machine, the Replicators took full advantage and ate Hala bare, until there was nothing left for most of them to do but line the surface of the planet, covered in drifting dust. Fifth agreed, and took Sam's cue to go into her mind -- but instead brought her into his subconscious, in a small space where the other Replicators couldn't share his thoughts. Sam convinced him that he was more human than Replicator, and that the Asgard device was only meant to give the Asgard and humans a chance to solve the Replicators' programming flaw. She (sincerely) promised to take him with them if he helped SG-1 escape; he believed her. While Sam and the others were unconscious again from having Replicators in their brains, he reprogrammed the time dilator, back to the Asgards' original plan. He was utterly confused when they left without him (on Jack's order), leaving him to face First and the others alone. (Unnatural Selection)
